As well as when I returned my vehicle showed up before I could finish signing paperwork. Overall a great experience. Service advisor was professional and took very good care of me.

My husband and I came in to look at a Mercedes SUV after spending the morning looking at several other options (Honda, Ford & Chevy) Robert Woolsey took the time to show us several options and was very informative. Absolutely amazing team here... we were heading on a 9 day trip to remote Utah in our Sprinter RV and the DEF emissions system threw a fault. Luckily we were close by and they were able to get us in at 3pm on a Friday. They fixed the problem under warranty within an hour. Staff is super friendly and accomodating. Thanks so much for saving our road trip!
Walter’s Mercedes-Benz Sprinter of Riverside is a great place for Sprinter Service. They have a State of the Art facility with plenty of Service Bays. Ramces Rodriguez my Service Advisor was great to work with. He went over all work and estimates needed for service. The Service technicians sent a video of the condition and recommended service as needed. The lounge is nice with plenty of coffee and snacks. The free RV wash was a nice perk. Walter’s MB Van center was top notch. We were in town for a soccer tournament and had some issues with our van. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, but Brennan Ruiz was able to get us in the day we arrived rather than waiting, diagnosed the main issue, fixed it, cleaned the van, and let us know what else needs to be addressed when we arrived home. Where to start. Brennan Ruiz took charge of the service visit before I could get out of the vehicle. It was the most pleasant dealer / service experience I have ever had.
This was my first time coming to Walter's and I definitely feel like I have found the best place for my motorhome on a Sprinter chassis. Brennan Ruiz was most helpful and made sure I understood all that was going on. All services were completed in the time frame that was promised. Even though it is quite the drive from where I live (eastern Los Angeles County) I will definitely be using Walter's in the future for all my Sprinter needs, They even washed my motorhome when they finished with the services.
Couldn’t be happier with the quality of service, the extra attention given, and the attention to detail of the work performed. They have gone above and beyond what I would expect from Mercedes. It’s not often one can leave a dealership, after having maintenance performed, with a smile on their face.
