I recently purchased a used, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter/Thor Compass TX RV and wanted to establish a baseline for future service needs. Ramces Rodriguez was extremely helpful and, after a good exchange, and perhaps an overly thorough question and answer exercise initiated at my end, we crafted an excellent baseline service package. The actual service was extensive but completed in a couple of days, which was far quicker than I had envisioned. The "shuttle" service to and from my residence was excellent as well, and appreciated. I'll definitely be back!
David Alcantar is a true asset to his dealership. He went out of his way to send me a video of the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my question. I reached out to several dealerships before coming to Walter Mercedes, their attention to detail and helpfulness made my decision easy. We worked with Lee Torres at Walter’s Mercedes Benz in Riverside, he took us for a test drive and was very knowledgeable on all the various settings, bells and whistles of the Sprinter van. Lee worked with us over the next few days over the phone and txt to make sure we were taken care of. He worked with us on the monthly price and the terms of the loan. Awesome guy to work with and 0 complaints… I’ll be looking for him next time we’re ready to buy 👍🏼👍🏼

We were on the road , hit a moving blanket at 65 mph which wrapped around our driveshaft. to say we were worried and stressed would be an understatement.
